At Kinsclothing , we aim to provide premium quality apparel and a smooth shopping experience. Since every product is made and quality-checked with care, we only accept returns, exchanges, and refunds based on the terms below.
Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled before the item has been shipped.

Resolution: If successfully cancelled, a full refund will be initiated. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the Returns Policy.
Returns & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you MUST meet all of the following criteria:
Acceptable Reasons for Return/Exchange

Manufacturing Defect: The item has damage, a stitching issue, or misprint present upon arrival.

Size Issue: The item does not fit as expected.
Conditions for Return/Exchange

Request Timeline: A return request must be raised within 48–72 hours of delivery.

Product Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Packaging/Tags: All tags and original packaging must remain intact.

Verification (for Defects): Proof such as clear photos or an unboxing video may be required for verification in case of defects.
We Do Not Accept Returns For

Wrong product ordered by the customer (customer error).

Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction (after shipping).

Normal wear & tear or damage caused after successful delivery.
Who Pays for Return Shipping? (Our Hybrid Policy)
We handle return shipping costs fairly, based on the reason for the return.

For Manufacturing Defects: We Pay.

This is our mistake. We will provide a FREE pre-paid return label. You will receive a full refund or a free replacement.

For Size Issue (Exchange): We Pay.

We want you to get the right fit! We will provide a FREE pre-paid return label to exchange for a new size (subject to stock availability).

For Size Issue (Refund): You Pay.

If you prefer a cash refund instead of an exchange, the actual cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.

What We Do After Approval (Our Resolution)
Upon successful approval of your return request, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

Provide an exchange for another size (subject to stock availability) OR
-
Issue a full refund or store credit, depending on your preference and the terms above.
Refund Processing Timeline
All approved refunds follow this timeline:

Initiation: The refund will be processed (initiated) by Kinsclothing within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Banking: Once initiated, the amount will be credited back to your original payment source (e.g., bank account, card). Please note that this step is handled by your bank and may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on their processing time.
Note: Any original shipping fees paid on your order are non-refundable.
